With the release this month of Arena Business Centre in Basingstoke, the response from local companies has shown an overwhelming response to this stunning ‘brand new’ building in Basing View. Except the building – affectionately known ‘The Square’ – is not a new building but a transformed 1960’s office block.

The building has undergone a £4 million refurbishment which turned a dull and uninspiring shell into a shining example of post-modern architecture: an inspiring example of what can be achieved when architects, project managers and the client work collaboratively together.

Arena have also recently completed a similar project in Farnborough, transforming a neglected building in the heart of the town into a landmark building that delivers high quality office space and contributes towards the economic generation of Farnborough and the surrounding area.
