Leveraging Technology to Protect Visitors, Clients and Staff

Arena Business Centres is using technology to protect visitors, contractors, clients and staff, with a cutting-edge visitor management system across their centres. The innovative ‘e-Reception Book’ solution, developed by MediaBase Direct (MBD), complements the physical measures introduced to meet with the new COVID-19 workplace guidelines.

“Our solution includes a contactless QR ‘Check-in’ and a free downloadable Companion App for our building residents. We anticipate that our customers will pre-register their visitors, which helps our centre managers plan effectively and assess on-site volumes, in real-time.

The Data Marketing Association (DMA) backed system also includes COVID-19 screening questions and enables track and trace capabilities for past and present movements for any given emergency.

MBD is registered with the Government’s Crown Commercial Service (CCS), and its new system is listed on the organisation’s official COVID-19 supplier list.
