The YourPlumber Management team viewed units at Arena at the beginning of the year. At this time of looking for office space, our requirements could not be met by Arena and therefore we decided to look elsewhere. As the year progressed and our requirements changed with the development of the our business, we decided to contact Arena once again. The atmosphere felt right from the first time we approached the centre, and also could offer exactly what we were looking for. We were impressed from the outset and felt as though there was value for money. We are very happy here, the location is ideal, the offices are kept beautifully and the service from the staff at the centre have exceeded our expectations further than we could have imagined. Our clients are extremely impressed with the offices we have and also the variety of businesses on the park.

Why Arena?

I chose Arena in Ferndown for many reasons. Despite initially considering it too expensive and looking for better alternatives (that just didn’t exist), after doing my sums, it became apparent that financially it was actually competitive! (With electric, rates, water/sewerage etc) all included. In addition to attractive ongoing rates it was so easy to do! By comparison to a conventional lease where you practically sign your life away with larger deposits, lengthy lease terms and very often full repairing leases resulting in greater liabilities than necessary.

Financial justification aside, the best part about Arena is the environment in which you base your business. Arena comprises good facilities, the staff are friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is easy going yet professional. With over a hundred different companies in the mix, the site not only attracts an interesting, motley crew of people but also enjoys a significant amount of trading between companies on site. I, like many other firms here have certainly benefited from ‘on-site’ sales and on-site supplies.

We are now in a third year at Arena and came initially because we needed to move quickly without long term commitment and Arena offered this. The all inclusive monthly payment covered everything apart from our telephone usage which enabled us to budget our office expense more accurately.

We feel confident that when inviting our clients to visit our office they will get an impression of a professional company operating in a professional environment. The reception area being manned during office hours and the availability of conference rooms for meetings and staff training contribute to making Arena the place for us to be.

Business partners Russell Fry and Andy Bond decided to rent a unit at the Arena Business Centre after looking at many units in the area.

"There were several factors which made us choose Arena as our choice for our unit these being.

"The all in price which includes heating electric rates buildings insurance any repairs, even free coffee, removal of rubbish etc etc.

"When you first look at the prices it seems expensive but if you add all the items of renting elsewhere ie rates etc you never really get to the true costs involved. Where as with Arena you know what you are getting. There is an security system which operates 24 hours a day for peace of mind. The centre is also backed up by excellent staff who are always willing to help you.

"We are very pleased with all the facilities and would not hesitate to renew our contract with Arena."
