Five New Companies Move to Arena Business Centre

February saw five new companies relocate to Arena’s centres in Poole and Ferndown. Despite the difficult economic climate; Advance Support UK, Healthguard Solutions Ltd, West Coast Developments, Inter Estate (Dorset) Ltd and The Cousins Partnership all chose to move to Arena. The moves prompted by new company formations, growth and expansions all point to positive signs within the economy.

Inter Estate (Dorset) Ltd, a logistics company specialising in local deliveries, were looking for a base in which to grow their business. The company has now taken an office at Arena in Ferndown. ‘Despite business being tough at the moment we want to really focus this year on growing our customer base and the business. The facilities and services here at the centre mean we do not have to worry about the day to day running of our office but concentrate on bringing in the business.’ Comments Adrian Kelley, Director, Inter Estate (Dorset) Ltd.

Accountancy firm, The Cousins Partnership, is another company that is expanding. Having recently purchased an accountancy practice in Poole, the London based firm were looking for a base to relocate to in the local area. Now based in an office at the centre in Poole, Graham Hunt from The Cousins Partnership comments ‘The centre offers a convenient solution for a start up company. As we didn’t really know the area we were pleased that Arena provided a good infrastructure of like minded businesses in which to surround ourselves.’

‘In what is still a tough time for many companies, we continue to look hard at what we can offer and how we can meet our clients changing needs’ Comments Sharron Domanska, Operations Director, Arena Business Centre ‘It further reaffirms our goal to find a site for our third business centre’.
