A Good Start to 2010 at Arena

Arena has enjoyed a strong start to 2010, demonstrating positive signs of economic recovery. Typically January is a difficult month however Arena has been busy with enquiries, viewings, signings and expansions.

One such client who has recently expanded and taken on more business space is 4D Design and Build who are located at Arena Business Centre in Ferndown. The company have taken on additional workshop space that will provide further storage capacity and enable them to expand their offices to accommodate future growth of the team. ‘Despite difficult trading conditions we have built on our portfolio of clients and continued to develop a strong relationship with a number of car dealerships and manufacturers across the country’ Mike Haberfield, Managing Director of 4D comments ‘Arena Business Centre has provided the flexibility we require to expand on our terms whilst controlling our accommodation costs in a cost effective manner'.

Fun Fancy Dress are located at the Arena centre in Poole and have expanded into a large mezzanine unit this month that will accommodate their online fancy dress business. Since moving to the centre in February 2009, the additional space will enable them to expand a new range to their existing lines. In addition the company are looking forward to their first store opening in spring this year. The store will be located in Poole and they will be selling a range of fancy dress to capture such upcoming events as St Patricks Day and the World Cup in June.
