Achieved over just five months it is testament to Arena’s strong offering particularly in such difficult trading times. July 2008Arena Business Centre has used the latest green technology to deliver a renewable energy heating solution. Installed at the newly opened Phase 2 development at Arena Business Centre in Poole, the centre will use a Commercial Air Source Heat Pump to provide underfloor heating to the mezzanine studios. The heating system is extremely environmentally efficient providing reductions in carbon emissions of over 50%. The high efficiency levels of the system also ensure a 55% saving in annual electricity consumption.
