Completed in January 2004, our first centre provides serviced offices in Ferndown within a blue chip and modern environment. Situated in spacious landscaped grounds the centre's fully serviced offices, workshops and studios provide a cost effective, professional and flexible space solution. The centre is ideally placed at Nimrod Way on the vibrant Ferndown Industrial Estate. Located off the A31 in Ferndown, we are within easy reach of the M27, rail routes to London and international access via the Bournemouth and Southampton airports. Our offices and workshops are conveniently located for Bournemouth, Ringwood, Christchurch, Wimborne, the New Forest and Verwood. A dedicated management team are based on-site within the reception area and are able to organise everything from your IT/Telecoms right through to the cleaning of your office. Simple monthly billing and a wealth of centre resources ensure we try and make the running of your business premises as simple as possible. Directions From the A31 follow the signs to Ferndown and Uddens Industrial Estates. Upon entering the estate follow the main Cobham Road right up until you reach a set of traffic lights. Turn right into Nimrod Way and follow road until you reach the Arena Business Centre sign on the left hand side. Turn left into the site. Reception can be found at the front of the building behind the main Arena sign. |
