What makes HIT Apprenticeships a smart choice for learners and employers?. We know 64% of young people learn better outside of the classroom– at HIT we facilitate the opportunity to learn and earn, with 1:1 customised coaching and assessment and practical on–job training provided by the employers we are pleased to work in partnership with. University places are set to be cut, over the next 2 years,but 68% of employers comment that too few candidates they see to interview have the right vocational skills– at HIT we provide a range of vocational qualifications approved by the service sector industries, the Hospitality Academy and Awarding organisations.

What about qualification success? Universities on average have a 25% drop–out rate, HIT in its most established programmes has a success rate of over 80%.
